Product Development Team is a sub-team within Monsanto's Products & Engineering group. The team is responsible for developing software which will be used globally within our SAP environment. The PAC team is looking for an experienced senior ABAP developer to work in the planning and consolidation area of Finance to perform tasks related to SAP implementation. They will need to implement time sensitive integration tasks related to Hyperion. The primary skill required is SAP APAB development. Essential Requirements: * Collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Leads * Perform technical analysis/design that is derived from supplied functional specifications * Develop/maintain application code that adheres to coding standards and best practices * Complete thorough unit testing to validate that the code meets requirements Required Qualifications: * BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience * 4-6 years development experience with SAP ABAP language including Reports, User Exits, Adobe Forms, Interfaces, Dialog * Experience with SAP Finance Module * Experience with SAP Webdynpro, SCM/APO, CRM, HR * Consuming new technologies with relentless desire * Customer engagement including ideation, design thinking, and seeking rapid feedback * Detailed technical problem solving and troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with SAPUI5 is a plus! * Agriculture domain knowledge Additional Info: * Selected Candidate will be working on ABAP tasks for new initiatives and enhancements, primarily in planning and consolidation related space (but not limited to). * This person will be working as part of an agile team, working closely with business analysts, dev managers and other ABAP developers. * This person will be doing both new development and enhancements. This position is due to the increased need for ABAP developers. * Will sit in Creve Coeur campus. * Fairly new Agile team. Team will include members with string domain knowledge. * MUST HAVES: strong ABAP experience and good interpersonal skills.
