Send resumes to Mohammed(at)quantumvision(dot)com *Role : Oracle EBS Positions * *Locations : Washington DC* *Duration : Longterm* *Experience: 7+ Years* *Interview : Phone Screen & Face To Face* *REQ 2: Oracle EBS Test Engineer* *Position Description: * · Conducts unit and process testing to ensure system works as specified and meets specified quality controls and standards. · Creates test scenarios and coordinates user acceptance testing. · Prepares software test documentation including but not limited to Software Test Plans (STP), Software Test Descriptions for Individual Component Validation (ICV) and Component Integration Tests (CIT), Software Test Reports (STR), and any other required or deliverable test documentation. · Executes test activities as directed by Senior Test Analyst in accordance with Program Manager direction and with the Integrated Master Schedule for test activities. · Analyzes test coverage for requirements documented in the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and documents tests in the RTM. · Identifies any testing shortfalls to the Senior Test Analyst. Performs full test coverage of software components (COTS and developed RICE-W objects) and interfaces. · Performs regression test activities to gain assurance that changes do not impact other portions of the software system. · Records defects in IBM Rational or another defect-tracking system. *Experience:* Experience testing Oracle EBS solutions and documenting test activities. Experience with Oracle EBS Financial Modules is desired. Test experience doing the following (or similar) activities: · Defining the detailed test approach · Updating the Requirements Test Traceability Matrix (RTM) · Component Validation (ICV) and Component Integration Test (CIT) · Establishing test environments · Staging test data if required · Managing defects · Providing test status reporting · Experience with at least 2 of the following Oracle EBS Financial Modules is a must • accounts payable • accounts receivable • Budget Execution • Oracle Purchasing • general ledger • Sub ledger accounting • Trading community architecture · Experience with IBM Rational quality Manager is (a plus). · Public Trust security clearance a plus *Education Level:* MS in a technical field (a plus), BS in a technical field (Preferred) *Years of Experience:* 5+ *Oracle EBS Functional Analyst* *Job Responsibility:* · Lead discussions in applying Oracle EBS technology to solve complex implementation issues and RICEW development challenges · Work within a cross-functional team to provide expertise in the requirements analysis, design, and system architecture of Oracle EBS and RICEW development and integration · Provide mentorship and training on processes ,functions and tools during upgrade · Handle complex solution design and lead RICEW design issues and challenges · Create documentations and artifacts that can be leveraged across the implementation *Required Skills:* · More than one R12 Upgrades experience with primary focus on Technical Upgrades · 8-10 years of Oracle financials experience on multiple projects in federal government organizations.
