*Title: QA Engineer Location: Moorestown, NJDuration: 6-12 Months Contract* *Need EAD GC, GC, USC Only !! * *Job Description: * Performs inspections and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products. Requires a bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Thorough understanding of VoIP principles in a converged environment. Good knowledge of H.323, SIP, QoS best practices, standards and policies Experience with industry leading Session Border Controllers (SBCs) Strong troubleshooting abilities (including packet traces, utilizing various monitoring tools and other SIP specific troubleshooting tools) Plan, acquire and coordinate installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the organization's telecommunications network. Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to make certain Telecommunications capacity meets existing and future requirements. Develop and deploy methodologies for testing Telecommunications performance and providing Telecommunications performance statistics and reports. Manage and ensure optimal operation of all Telecommunications hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, UPS, etc… Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions and intrusion detection systems. Conduct research and make recommendations on Telecommunications products, services, protocols, and standards in support of Telecommunications procurement and development efforts.
