He/she will have to get trained in our client location (Cleveland, TN) office for about 2 to 3 months before he can work out of Nashville. Job Functions: · Setup, administer, and maintain Healthcare systems and other related IT systems. · Provide third level technical assistance · Participate in the design, development, and deployment of healthcare technology systems by working with interdisciplinary teams. · Assist with project tasks to ensure successful project completion. · Create technical documentation. · Act as an interface between business units, development teams, technology teams and support teams. Skills or Traits Needed: · 3+ years of enterprise IT experience · Must have strong background in administering Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server 2008/2012, Remote Desktop Services, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Windows 7, 8, and 10. · Experience in deploying ASP.net web applications. · SQL and IIS experience preferred. · Scripting skills such as PowerShell, VB Script, C#, or AutoIT preferred. · Experience with LAN and WAN technologies. · Experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. · Must be detail oriented. · Must have the ability to function in a team and be self-managed to prioritize projects in order to meet deadlines. · Extensive experience in the analysis and design of systems, as well as troubleshooting and providing technical support for these systems. · Understanding of HIPAA privacy and security requirements. · Ability to multi-task with excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. · Understanding of healthcare information technology and long term healthcare preferred.
