*Position: Reporting Analyst (SAP HRIS)*

*Location: Fort Worth, TX*

*Duration: 6 months+*



*JOB DESCRIPTION:*

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing reports and analytical
support to enable data-driven decision-making and support strategic
planning.

Job Requirements

·         Generates system related reports to analyze data based on
business rules for ad-hoc analytics projects.

·         Confers with persons originating, handling, processing, or
receiving reports to identify problems and to gather suggestions for
improvements.

·         Work directly with leadership to develop, design, enhance, and
generate reports for end users taking complex information and producing
user-friendly reports for review by end users.

·         Continually seek to improve existing reporting processes,
frequency and distribution methods by incorporating automation techniques
and technology.

·         Recommends establishment of new or modified reporting methods and
procedures to improve report content and completeness of information.

·         Capable of assimilating large volumes of detailed information.
Organizing and presenting material in simple terms.

·         Ensure the integrity and 100% accuracy of all reports distributed.

*KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE*

·         Demonstrated strong aptitude for problem solving with experience
providing practical business insights from large, complex, and varying data
sets.

·         Understand requirements to maintain an accurate data/reporting
environment that meets operational needs.

·         Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present
content to audiences in various levels of management.

·         Proven experience with MS office suite including Access and Excel
to include vlookups, macros, pivot tables, dashboard building and advanced
functions.

·         Bachelor's degree preferred -- experience in lieu of degree
considered.

·         One (1) year experience in reporting analyst, operational analyst
or similar role.

·         Effective organization and planning skills.

·         Excellent communicator and team player who relates well to others.

·         Self-driven with a keen sense of delivering completed projects in
a timely manner.

·         Must work well under deadlines and high volume stress of project
work.

·         Must work with minimal supervision.

·         SAP HR and/or Oracle HR reporting experience preferred
