*Job Details:* Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Columbia, MD Duration: Long term *Consultant should stay in USA more than 3yrs and if travelled out of the country it shouldn’t be more than weeks.* Need candidates with exchange experience. *BA Responsibilities* · Understanding client specifications and transforming it to functional/ technical requirements for the development teams · Participating in design discussions and delivering functional specifications like Business Service Definition Document, Interface Control Document, and Functional Design Document. · Schedule and facilitate project team meetings, document and distribute meeting minutes as applicable · Knowledge of US healthcare is required. Prior ACA experience is preferred. · Experience working in agile scrum team is required. · Act as a Product Owner, coordinate and have hold on all the activities in the business service assigned which includes: · Managing any changes to the service and assigning to appropriate sprint · Coordinating and facilitating the meetings regarding the service with clients and internal · POC for the development and testing teams · Analyze any production issues which comes across and provide necessary feedback · Review the test cases and test results every sprint and provide necessary approval. · Gather the requirements after discussing with all the respective stakeholders · Work on creating the change requests and get the necessary approval from the Client - Coordinating the deployment of the changes to various environments and make sure the end product is of good quality and meet the deadlines. · Experience working in JIRA is preferred to create, track and monitor changes. · Be a quick learner and be a point to person regarding the functionalities owned and answer any questions from the Client and internal team members. *Required Skills* · At least 6 years of experience in Business analysis and documenting requirements · 3+ years of experience in Agile/ Scrum methodology as a Product Owner · 5+ years of Healthcare domain experience · Good Communication Skills · Ability to build good rapport with key stakeholders -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "IT RECURITER" group.
