Prior experience with typescript a plus. - Ability to setup, optimize and efficiently query SQL database (MS SQL and postgres) including the creation of stored procedures where necessary - Setup and use of Solr for optimized database searching and reliability - Ability to setup, optimize and efficiently utilize NoSQL database (e.g. mongo) - Ability to architect solutions using portable containers that run on premise or on 3rd party cloud platform(s) - Strong background in the software as a service programming paradigm - Software project organizational skills, e.g. use of MSVC IDE, SVN source control and ability to write custom scripts needed to bind together project deliveries so that they can be reliably deployed - Solid knowledge of computer systems, operating systems and environments - Thorough understanding of XML, json, SOAP or other protocols used in inter and intra process communications over TCP and/or UDP networks.
