Salesforce Administrator

Location: Norwalk, CT

*Only GC & USC*

*Required Skills:*

·         Customer Focused – personally demonstrate that both external and
internal customers are a high priority by identifying, and responding to
their needs in a timely and efficient manner. Ability to act quickly and
iterate to achieve results.

·         Initiative – Recognizes opportunities and initiates actions to
capitalize on them by looking for a new and productive ways to make an
impact.

·         Building Organizational Commitment – Demonstrates commitment,
loyalty and appreciation for the organization.

·         Experience with creating workflow rules, process builder flows,
advanced reporting, formula fields and migration using Change sets.

·         Hands-on experience administering Salesforce.com and managing
sales ops processes (and related tools: Dataloader, Chatter,
Reports/Dashboards)

·         Understands the importance of Entity (Object) Relationships and
how to implement them in Salesforce, via lookups, master-detail and custom
junctions.

   - Able to design and configure security/sharing rules, permission sets,
   field level security, record level security, roles and profiles.

*Education and Experience: *

·         3+ Years’ experience in developing and integration of large scale
systems

·         3+ Years’ experience in operating package software Workday,
Salesforce, Siebel

·         Engineering or Computer Science degree and equivalent experience.

·         Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and
challenges.

·         Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to drive projects/issues to completion.

·         Proficient in data manipulation (Excel, SQL or SOQL).

·         Experience with team environments, implementation partners and
vendor management.

·         MUST be located in the Greater New York/ Connecticut area and
able to commute to the Norwalk, CT office daily.
