Sr. Developer
Immigration Status: Open (no EAD-OPTs)
Location: Minnetonka, MN (local preferred)
. *MUST HAVE:* *The key is having strong experience in dealing with data
sets. We don’t want an application developer to build a site or user
interface. We need someone who can write programs to process, integrate and
present data.*
Someone with strong data integration background and object oriented
programming would be great. But these 2 skills don’t necessarily align in a
single profile. So someone with either is fine.
Required skills:
- Over 5 years of experience as application developer in data
integration or application development
- Strong experience in Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring
- Strong experience in SQL and data bases such as Informix, MYSQL,
Oracle, PostgreSQL
- Strong experience in developing web services using SOAP, REST
- Extensive database experience
- A history of delivering production-quality software for enterprise
environments
- Intimate familiarity with XML, XSD and JSON
- Understanding of distributed systems, building web applications,
ETL processes and data modeling
- Healthcare experience is a plus
