GPO/Active Directory administration experience, SCCM upgrade to version
1710 (this version is new so you may not find someone with the exact
version), Once the upgrade is done, testing around the upgrade needs to
happen, Example - what GPO's will change etc… Once initial work with GPO
and SCCM is complete this resource will help with packaging.
