Candidates will demonstrate skills in the areas of the planning, oversight, and successful delivery of emerging technology solutions, which may include SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow. This position will vary in the scope of project responsibilities; generally this position will focus on the planning, design, and delivery of technical solutions that are developed on the ServiceNow platform. The general scope of the work for this position is as follows: *Basic Qualifications:* · 5+ years experience on implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow. Experience should include direction of architecture, configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment · 5+ years experience in delivering software package solutions (systems integration) · Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform and scoped application development · Bachelor's degree *Preferred Skills:* · Experience in the following areas: o Systems integration of ServiceNow SaaS / Platform solutions o *Experienced on ServiceNow Portal Development* o Hands-on on ServiceNow and/or other leading CRM or platform solutions o Workflow management on ServiceNow platform o ServiceNow platform performance management and troubleshooting techniques o Managing relationships, operating procedures, and service level agreements with clients and coworkers o Web site design and human computer interaction (user experience) o Development and delivery of ServiceNow training o AngularJS, Apache and/or Jelly Scripting o Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON) o System/Process Automation (Orchestration) · Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology · Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design · Designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards · Vendor certification(s) for ServiceNow -- Thanks & Regards Mohammad Siddiq SR.
