Client in the process of building or envisioning very complex Customer
service and Sales area of design for being able to sell contracts for the
customer.
Client is looking for enterprise level of contracts Consultant is an
expert who is able to provide out of the box SD / SM process related
solutions.
The consultant should be solution provider oriented and able to think
outside the box by not limiting to our current way of design of the
processes and solutions.
1. Should be principal expert in the area of Service Business Process and
SAP Sales & Distribution , Customer Service Module.
2. The consultant should be senior level of Business Analyst cum Solution
provider who is able to lead diverse group of business users from marketing
to customer contact Center to financial and controlling aspects.
3. Technical skills should include Strong , Multi-year, Multi-Solutions
(but not limited to ), Sales & Distribution, Pricing, Billing, Rebate
Management, Resources Related Billing
