We do have an opportunity with one of our Prime Vendor working with Food company based in AZ location. This is gonna be a 5 months contract possibilities of extension. Have a look and let me know your thoughts. *Role**: **Jr. **IT Business Analyst* *Location**: Tempe, AZ* *Duration*: 5 months, potential to extend Route your resumes to *[email protected] <[email protected]> * *R**ate**: $**3**0/hr on C2C** (No negotiation allowed).* *Any visa is fine*. *Interview: *Phone screen then Skype *Required:* *Prior experience in an eCommerce / eBusiness environment (such as, EDI, B2B eCommerce, Supply Chain, other electronic integrations) - required.* *This is not Senior level.* *E**ssential duties:* u Manage customer electronic business integrations from initial request to project completion. u This includes defining business requirements, scoping and creating a project request document, providing cost-effective solutions to meet the requirements, working with IT to develop solution, testing, managing customer set up, auditing set up, and gaining customer approval at project conclusion. u Maintain documentation of all integration project requests and create documentation of all support requests where documentation does not exist. u Create additional graphic document process flows for National Accounts and other multiunit customer groups. u Coordinate and manage customer set-up for integration projects. Participate in daily integration support related issues and broader support issues related to modifications to existing integrations. u Maintaining all project information in project management system. Analytical reporting and data extraction. u Development or enhancement of internal tools or processes. *QUALIFICATIONS* *Education/Training:* • Bachelor’s degree preferred. *Re**quired**:* u 2+ years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst. u Prior experience gathering detailed business requirements, interpreting customer business needs, and translating needs into operational business requirements. u Prior experience in a customer service or customer facing role. u Prior experience in an eCommerce / eBusiness environment (such as, EDI, B2B eCommerce, Supply Chain, other electronic integrations) - required. u Experience in the food service industry is a plus. *Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:* u Strong knowledge and general understanding of IT / Technical concepts. u Strong written and verbal communication skills. u Proven ability to manage multiple demands for various tasks and projects. u Ability to understand complex business and technical processes, identify problems in early stages of development lifecycle, and to articulate issues and solutions to management. u General knowledge of programming and application development (client/server or web), database development or administration, data structures, project development lifecycle, common communication protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP), and LAN/WAN networking – required. u General knowledge of ASYS, hierarchies, EDW, IBM and HP Service Manager – required. u Understanding of data file formatting, EDI, MS Visio, Access, MS SQL Server – required.
