New changes with new data warrants the team to go in update these algorithms with unit testing and different types of testing. -The resource needs not only the ability/ knowledge, but patience to start looking at these old programs, engage their expertise to make any necessary updates resulting to benefit whatever project is being worked on – these algorithms are impacted for 95% of the projects -Also, any integration warrants changes on all the platforms – including these algorithms -Please try to screen candidates on the soft skills of patience Existing team members can offer mentorship till completely onboarded -The manager has the dependency for a current contractor leaving that works with all of these algorithms.
