*Job Posting Title: ServiceNow Business AnalystLocation: Richfield, MinnesotaDuration: 12 MonthsPosition Summary/Job Description:* • Meet with customers to gather and validate Business requirements and transform them into written functional technical requirements for ServiceNow development. • Works directly with Engineers and Product Managers to review the intake demand and build a roadmap to align ServiceNow with organization strategy. • Leading Scrum Ceremonies, including story creation, grooming, defect tracking, prioritizing, etc. • Track the completion of technical unit testing and user acceptance testing. • Assist with technical writing – Design documents, release notes, user guides, Knowledge articles. • Status communications and reporting as needed. • Assist with coordinating Sprint and Release cycles as needed using agile methodologies. *Skills Overview:* *What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job?* • Agile/Scrum delivery experience (2+ years) • Experience in transforming business objectives into functional stories (2+ years) • Experience with ServiceNow (2+ years) • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills (4+ years) • Proven documentation and organizational skills (2+ years) What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for? • ServiceNow Administrator certification. • Experience documenting requirements for ServiceNow Enhancement / Implementations *Interview Process Overview:* The below sessions maybe in 1 meeting or 2 separate meetings. 30 minutes: Panel interview with Hiring Manager and Leads (1-2 people) 30 Minutes: BSA / Customer exercise – Candidate interviews customer and documents a requirement for an enhancement. Produces a written requirement. Hiring manager observes.
