The DCP Platform Product Manager is a new role to support a new product.
We are building a new platform for how agents engage with Best Buy
customers.  A single pane of glass for all interactions, regardless of
channel.  This role will be responsible for ensuring the platform is built
in a way that is flexible and meets the needs of applications that will be
building experiences on top of it.

*Position Summary/Job Description:*
•    Best Buy is looking for an experienced Platform Product Manager that
will prioritize and deliver outcomes of the Digital Communications
Omnichannel Views Platform.  The OVP is a new product within the Digital
Communication Platform team that will shape the future of how Best Buy
users interact with our customers across digital and voice channels.
•    As the OVP Product Manager, you will be responsible for building and
managing the roadmap and working with stakeholders to formulate objectives
and ensure product engineering teams understand what success looks like.
This role will also be supporting internal product teams and their roadmaps
and the platform will be the foundation that other product teams will
utilize.  The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and eager
to drive the platform roadmap in partnership with internal cross-functional
teams.

*How much time will the resource spend pair programming?*
•    We expect some onboarding to take place over the first 30 days, but
would expect the PM to be up and running by then.

*Skills Overview:*
*What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to
perform this job?*
•    (3-5 years) Experience as a technical product manager (platform or
otherwise)
•    Understanding product development methodologies
•    Self-Starter. Ability to run with a roadmap and execute
•    Communication (written and oral)
•    Data driven decision making

*What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?*
•    Basic API understanding
•    Contact Center concepts
o    Voice / Chat

*Interview Process Overview:*
•    Video Call with Hiring Manager
•    Video Call with Interview Team (2 interviews of teams of 2)
•    Final Video Call with Hiring Manager
