Duration: 6 -12 months Need Citizen /GC only You will be working in the ”Client Technology Solutions” group. CTS is responsible for portals, applications, data or processes that are client facing, tracks client interaction, or supports internal understanding of sales, client activity and profitability. CTS’ scope of expertise encompasses architecture, development, analysis, integration, standards, governance and cross-divisional coordination of client facing technology. CTS has a global footprint with teams in the US, Europe, Asia/SE Asia and business that crosses Global Securities (Fixed Income and Equities), IB SFO, Global Clients, CFO, Private Banking, and Asset Management. *MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:* Working within the CRM team; analyzing business workflow, validating requirements, constructing and iterating design prototypes, specifying design components, creating formal specification documents. Test components for usability employing formal and informal usability testing techniques.Producing interface prototypes, schematics, flowcharts, sitemaps and HTML prototypes. Producing final rendered images for use within specification documents. Producing functional specifications detailing how a component will look and function. Responsibility for updates and releases to the functional specification document. Working closely with development and architecture teams to ensure that the creative solution is accurately translated to the final application. Producing final application design guidelines and style sheets. *REQUIRED SKILLS* - Experience in authoring and managing functional specifications. · Experience with industry standard paint package, (i.e. Photoshop). · Experience with industry standard HTML authoring system, (i.e.Dreamweaver, Frontpage). · Experience conducting interviews with business stakeholders · Experience working on web-based systems understanding of design issues for web-based interfaces (Java, XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS and JavaScript). · Experience with web 2.0 issues beneficial · Experience with CRM platforms beneficial *REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND* · Experience with web 2.0 technologies and impact they have on design considerations ·Knowledge of HCI and UCD techniques during design phase *DESIRED WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND* · Knowledge of investment banking front office environment highly beneficial *EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:* · Graphic Design, UCD, HCI or similar Thanks & Regards Adem Technical Recruiter Nexgenb Inc.
