The Microsoft CRM specialist will oversee and participate in the architectural design, development, customization and integration effort of enterprise solutions involving Microsoft CRM Dynamics and other CRM tools. *SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* • Design, develop, deployment, support and administration of the • Microsoft CRM application and integration with backend • services/applications. • Maintain and expand CRM footprint globally • Concept creation, design, testing and maintenance of CRM • functionality and affiliated applications. • Requirements gathering, development, testing and deployment • for new CRM deployments. • Training on the proper maintenance of CRM systems and • proper use of CRM applications. *SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES* • Deep experience in implementing Microsoft CRM Dynamics with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations as technical project team member. • Experience with web development technologies XHTML, XML, XSLT, Flash, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, SOAP/XML Web Services, Silverlight etc • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint technologies MOSS 2007, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, SharePoint Designer, Portals desirable • 2+ years of Object Oriented development and design (OOD). • 2+ years experience building web based systems with the Microsoft .Net technology stack employing the best practices of SOA architecture using C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, with SQL backend databases. • Experience with the Microsoft Technology Stack including .Net Framework, C#, VB.Net, ADO.Net, ASP.Net • Experienced with source management control, configuration and deployment process and products • Strong Relational Database and SQL Skills • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server *REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES* • Ability to work under pressure. • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. • Ability to present information to senior leaders. • Ability to lead and motivate others. • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage projects. • Flexibly adapt to a changing environment. • Ability to work independently and in teams.
