The role will serve as the local SalesForce.com configuration and functionality expert within the Business Technology group. Responsibilities include Salesforce.com application support and extension, issue identification and resolution, performing application upgrades and updates, setting up users and security, writing reports, training and supporting users. This position participates in all phases of the application development cycle of the SalesForce.com application, and partners extensively with our business partners to manage integration, database and/or back office related aspects of the application implementation. Secondary responsibilities will be to learn and contribute towards other CRM technologies, Contracts Mgmt. solutions and initiatives within the Business Technology group.
