*Please let me know if you have any consultant for the following requirement. *** *Please forward the resumes to **[email protected]* <[email protected]> * * *Position: Java Tech Lead Min** of 10 yrs Exp*** *Location: Parsippany, NJ Duration: 6-12 months * Consumer Websites * Technical Lead -Lead a project team of senior developers, analysts and partners in initiatives to improve the family of consumer web sites. -Coordinate efforts of onshore and offshore Web development teams as needed for capital projects and ongoing maintenance. Maintain resource forecasts and project budgets. -Follow the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) when planning and executing on projects. Submit documentation/artifacts as required by each Phase in the SDLC. Provide application development expertise and actively participate in the refinement of the SDLC process. -Attend business meetings to gather requirements for projects. Analyze business requirements and provide Subject Matter Expertise in Web applications, specific to the portfolio of web sites. -Develop Time & Cost estimates for project work. -Design and document technical solution with UML. -Apply industry best practices, coding standards, design patterns and popular frameworks. -Oversee Quality Assurance (QA) testing with the HIT QA Management Office (QMO) and offshore resources. -Report and track code defects using HP Quality Center. -Production Support for consumer websites. Respond to calls from operations teams and troubleshoot technical issues. Escalate as necessary. -Submit weekly timesheets using Clarity Niku and Time. -Adhere to Contract Management process when submitting Resource Requests for external labor.
