Supporting approximately 550+ users for Application delivered from present Citrix infrastructure. Documentation, new Technology testing and coordination with other teams for better support the environment. *Projects * · Design, Test and Implementation of new Citrix XenApp 5.0 farm in Production and DR Site. Migrating all present users and applications to new farm. Continue maintenance and support once farm is in production. Scope also includes Streaming Applications to desktops and XenApp Servers. · Design, Test and Implementation of new Citrix XenDesktop 3.0 farm in Production and DR Site. Migrating eligible users to new desktop farm. Continue maintenance and support once farm is in production. · Design, Test and Implementation of Citrix Edge Sight 5.0 infrastructure for Citrix Production Farm Monitoring in Production and DR Site. Continue maintenance and support once farm is in production. · Design, Test and Implementation of Citrix Password Manager infrastructure for Citrix and Desktop users in Production and DR Site. Continue maintenance and support once farm is in production. *Functional Competencies: * Knowledge and work experience in IT infrastructure management.
