* Experience developing software applications in IBM WebSphere Portal * Experience developing JSR 168/286 Portlets, JSPs and Servlets, SOAP-based Web Services (including REST API calls). * Proficiency with either IBM Portlet Factory or RAD tools. * Experience with database design, Use Cases, UML, HTML. * Proficiency with portal themes and skins. * Working knowledge on Web 2.0 patterns (Ajax, DHTML) * Experience with other java portal technology substitute for IBM Websphere Portal experience. * Work with portal development team members throughout portal development analysis, functional and technical design requirements and application coding, testing, implementation and support using SDLC methodologies. * Web development experience using J2EE and XML technologies.
