Req 1) Data Migration Analyst
Expert in SQL Server (T-SQL) and/ or Oracle (PL/ SQL) and Visual Basic (VB scripts, DTS). Experience in analyzing database packages to support data migration from SQL Server to Oracle environment. Should be able to liaise with data mappers to translate the reconciliation business logic contained in underlying DTS packages/ SQL views. Should support data mappers through process of mapping new logic via proprietary web-based tools using PL/ SQL to Oracle database. Experience in translating existing DTS packages and views (VB script transformations). Experience working with data mappers to define business logic for mapping data into new Oracle based web application. Location: Jersey City, NJ Duration: 12+ months ------------------------------------------------------ Req 2) Unix System Admin with ForEx or Fixed Income • Unix: need to know the following well, unix commands, can read and understand unix logs, unix troubleshooting skills, schedule tasks and jobs in unix, check unix server performance • Troubleshooting/problems solving skills • Autonomy - work independently • UNIX commands knowledge and SQL • Trading floor support - equity derivatives is preferred but will consider ForEx or Fixed Income trading support experience. Location: NYC Duration: 12+ months ------------------------------------------------------ Req 3) Websphere / Unix Admin Websphere Portal 5.1 consultant who is well versed with authentication and single signon. Location: NJ Duration: 6+ months ------------------------------------------------------ Req 4) ETL / Business Object Consultant (Max rate is $45/hr) * Solid understanding of the Data Warehousing process with special focus on ETL * Experience with Business Objects tool suite (Data Services/Integrator, XI 3 Universe design) * Know how to define database Data Stores and File Formats to allow Data Integrator XI to connect to the source or target database and files. * Expert skills in Data integrator XI (ETL) in design, creation, and implementation of Data Integrator scripts, work flows, and data flows. * Experience in performing simple and complex transformations in Data Flows. * Ability to design and develop Data Integrator scripts for data transformation. * Experience in cleansing data in DI using proper data types and mappings. * Ability to create Workflows using object library and tool palette to execute data flows. * Experience in Creating, Testing and Executing Data Integrator jobs using Data Integrator Designer to transfer data from source to target. * Experience in debugging execution errors using Data Integrator logs (trace, statistics, and error) and by examining the target data. * Good communication skills for requirements gathering (discussions with Business, Business Operations) * Advanced SQL skill including windowing functions * SQL Server 2000/2005 skills * Experience in Data modeling (data model design based on business requirements) Location: PA Duration: 6+ months ------------------------------------------------------ Please provide me resume, rate and contact # asap. -- Kind Regards, Haresh Patel cyberThink, Inc.--
