THIS IS JR. LEVEL REQUIREMENT
We have a immediate opening for an Data Analyst who will assist the team in
updating data, creating reports, documents and other required deliverables.
Successful candidates will have experience with databases, spreadsheets,
reporting, document creation and testing. The ideal candidate will be
proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Additional
responsibilities include working with staff and assisting them in making
changes, checking the accuracy of their data, creating reports, and updating
their documents. The candidate should have a high comfort level with
creating documents, validating data and proofreading. The candidate should
be very detail oriented to insure accuracy of our deliverables.
* Proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office suite, in particular
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
* Understanding of Relational Databases
* Experience proofreading and validating data
* Attention to detail is required
* Advanced PC skills and various software applications.
* Create queries, forms, and reports in Microsoft Access
* Proofread documents and prepare them for publication by creating pdf
documents
* Assists with testing to identify defects
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 4 - 6 months
