Kindly Send Resumes to [email protected] Position: IVR Tester Location: NJ Duration: 6+ Months *Job Description* The resource this position is accountable for developing and executing test scripts and defect management. All testing is considered complex and involves contact center technology which includes IVR, call routing, desktop application and reporting. The Tester is expected to have extensive experience testing these components but mostly IVR. *Required Skills: * Must have at least 5 years of testing experience. Previous experience in testing IVR speech recognition applications, Genesys CTI (routing & reporting), and agent desktop application is required. Must have extensive experience in Integration, Functional, Regression, System, and User Acceptance Testing. Familiarity with automated test tools such as Hammer is required. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with cross functional teams. Proven ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results. Energetic and decisive, self-motivated with a high level of integrity and sense of teamwork. Highly organized, detail oriented. *Responsibilities: * Design, develop, maintain and execute automated and manual test scripts for the IVR platform, at both unit and system levels based on defined business/functional specifications and use cases Execute test scripts and accurately and concisely report both progress and defect status. Work with developers and system analysts in supporting defects analysis, reproduction and resolution Work with developers to improve the stability and testability of the IVR platform Must be able to work closely with the customer and assist them in their User Acceptance Testing. Produce accurate documentation of test results.
