Location: Plainsboro, NJ Duration: 6 months SFA Business Consultant responsible for both the oversight of the transition from BMS legacy SFA platform to the upgrade of the new NextGen SFA platform. . Consultant will provide any operational knowledge and guidance on projects associated with the transition to the new SFA platform and will have general business management responsibility for the conversion to the new platform. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Managing operational aspects of the project and scope • Partner with internal and external team leads to streamline current processes and work with BMS Management on best practices • SFA Operations Process Management • Customer Management • Consultation and oversight of Quality Assurance Procedures • SFA deployment strategies • Help Desk / Hardware Integration • Effectively apply BMS’ methodology and enforce project standards • Prepare for engagement reviews and adherence to quality assurance procedures • Review business rules documentation and Statements of Work (SOWs) - highlight impact to Navigator and other downstream applications • Provide technical and administrative guidance in implementing software applications, upgrade patches and image updates • Experience with CallMax (Webforce) and NextGen SFA (Mobile Intelligence) (Cegedim Dendrite software).
