Specifications may include source to target mappings, BI reporting needs, and/or data interfaces. * Facilitate the definition of data entities and attributes and identification of data dependencies and relationships. * Demonstrate an expertise in accessing data (SQL) and analyzing data, * Create and own the logical data model for incoming data. * Facilitate metadata definition with the business. * Demonstrate an expertise in capturing BI reporting requirements * Recommend solutions and build consensus around them * Facilitates managing the requirements change process for projects and releases. * Address change requests, issues and defects in a timely manner. * Sponsors and participates in the analysis Community of Practice (CoP) * Build strong relationships with the customers and across organizations * Expert in RUP and SDLC methodologies * Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written. * Expertise in developing requirements for data movement based (ODS, Data Warehouse), business intelligence, master data management and functional-data projects. * Expertise in source to target mappings, BI reporting, and use case specifications. * Demonstrate high competency in balancing multiple projects * Demonstrate competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management * Demonstrate superior analytical and problem solving skills MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education/Experience: Undergraduate degree required. A minimum of five years of IT experience in systems and data analysis and full life-cycle development projects. Related Skills & Other Requirements: Experience in process analysis and documentation. Experience in meeting facilitation. Strong organizational skills Understanding of issues tracking/resolution, scope estimation and scope management processes.
