Demonstrated skills at utilizing SAS coding environment to generate reports. 2. In depth ability to write DATA STEP, PROC SQL, and MACRO language to access and manipulate data to be used in reports. 3. Ability to import SAS data from a variety of sources using SAS code and exporting SAS data to various targets using SAS code. 4. Ability to batch schedule code to run in an automated fashion. 5. Ability to performance tune SAS Code to make programs run more efficient. 6. Use SAS code to run explicit PROC SQL to pass queries to databases. 7. Utilize base SAS procedures such a PRINT, TABULATE, UNIVARIATE, MEAN, FREQ, REPORT, GRAPH etc. to create reports. 8. Utilize DATA STEP with ODS destinations to create reports. 9. Utilize ODS to change output formats and destinations 10. Ability to use ALL of SAS functions to parse character data, perform computations on numeric data and date-time data. 11. Use clients such as EG to generate reports and query data.
