We are looking for *Sr. Business Analyst* – *NJ* location for *6 - 12 months.* *Duration – 6 - 12 Months* *Location – NJ - Only for Tri-state candidate. Direct F2F interview.* *Rate – OPEN* *Description-* *Candidate needs to have 9 - 10 Years of total experience.* -Abilities/Key Competencies/Skills -State the specific level of skills and knowledge that is needed to perform the minimum duties of the position (i.e. demonstrated ability to work under pressure, or possesses good written and oral communication skills) •Demonstrated awareness of need for standards and quality. •Strong background in comprehending the requirements of small – medium sized development projects. •Strong analytical, processed-based skills (process flow diagrams, business modeling, functional design). •Understanding of the need to apply technology for business benefit •Strong oral and written communication skills. •Strong understanding of the SDLC & PMLC. •Flexibility in assignments. Experience/Certificates/Education State the specific level of experience and education that is needed to perform the minimum duties of the position (i.e. college degree, 3-5 years public accounting experience, CPA) •College Degree in IT or related discipline, hospitality experience a plus. •2+ years experience as a BA working on small – mid-size Level Applications. •Proven experience working with customers in a collaborative manner. •Proven experience in the ability to quickly learn business systems requirements/functionality/application. •Proven ability to drive effective meetings and produce accurate business requirements. •Proven experience in estimating work effort to achieve business goal. •Must be able to work well in team effort, and under tight timelines. •Must possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills. •Experience with enterprise level Hospitality industry applications. •Experience with RUP or similar BA requirement techniques.
