Duration : 6 Months
Requires *detailed understanding of IP routing, switching technologies,
L2/L3 protocols*, such as: Ethernet, VLAN, TCP/IP, ARP, VRRP . Hands on
experience with BGP, OSPF, ISIS, Multicast , STP .
Develop and execute testplan for feature testing on routers and
switches. Hand on experience on routers and switches.
Setup new test equipment. Building network topologies that
meet various testing needs.
Familiar with test equipment: IXIA, Spirent,
Requires programming skills in *Perl, C, TCL/Tk* in UNIX
environment. Experience with programming algorithms, regular expressions
and pattern matching.
Develop and execute automated test suites for routers and
switches, debug failures and report software/hardware bugs.
Requires testing and troubleshooting skills with networking
hardware and software as well as debugging scripts and programs.
