1. Should be very strong in P8 4.x administration, installation and configuration 2. Should be strong In Solaris and zone configuration 3. Should be good in Web sphere App server and Cluster environment 4. Good communication skills and Willing to take up challenging roles 5. Experience with add-on FileNet tools * Content Collector, Email Manager, Capture, System Monitor, Business Activity Monitor, is an added advantage 6. Minimum 5 year of IBM FileNet P8 4.0.x, 4.5.x administration 7. Hands on experience in installation and system administration of FileNet P8 Servers - CE, PE, AE, Workplace XT and Records Manager 8. Should be good in single sign on concepts and site minder integration 9. Should be very good in contacting IBM and following up with PMRs 10. Installing and configuring P8 system components and Monitoring system components 11.
