*Responsibilities:
Operates independently to:
* Production Support for FileNet P8.
* Experience with IBM PMR process and management
* Monitor and analyze FileNet P8.
* User and FileNet System Administration.
* User/Group Security Administration
* Troubleshoot, research and identify system deficiencies and defects.
* Application deployments
* Support of Infrastructure initiatives around lifecycle Management and
enablement.
* Filenet software and patch upgrades/deployments
* Support Application development via Administration.
Experience:
* 2-5 years experience supporting Windows and Linux Server environments
* 2-5 years experience supporting/upgrading Production systems /
applications.
* 2 + years experience supporting Filenet P8.
* P8 4.0+ Admin, Install, configuration, performance tuning are critical.
* Content Services v5+ support required.
* Record Manager - knowledgeable
* Filenet Capture - Import to P8/CS/IS
* 1-3 years experience using Oracle / MSSQL / MS Access databases in a
Filenet environment.
* 1-3 years utilizing Weblogic, Tomcat, IIS
* 1 year - Knowledgeable of working within a virtual hosting environment
* 1-3 years - Knowledgeable of firewall and networking
Misc:
* Problem solving and attention to detail skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Customer Service oriented.
* Must be self-motivated, punctual and resourceful.
* Team oriented but is able to work independently.
