We are looking for Sr. Recruiter for our office in Ahmedabad. The candidate should be willing to work in nightshift (7PM - 5AM IST).
*Job Description – Sr. Recruiter* *Required Candidate Profile:* • Proven IT Recruitment experience. Able to handle the end-to-end recruitment process. • Strong Communication skills (Written & Verbal) with excellent Telephonic/Email Etiquettes. • Experience in using Job Boards, Search Engines, and Free Job Sites etc. to source IT candidates. • Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates. • Maintain strong database of candidate for future requirements. • Prior experience in Report Generation, Resume Formatting and Job Posting. • Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines. • Exceptional Self Motivational Skills and willing to work in pressure situations if required. • Previous night shift experience: Night Shift (7PM - 5AM). • Graduate/Post Graduates in IT/Related • Joining date: ASAP *Desired:* • LOCAL CANDIDATES will be preferred. • Graduate/Post Graduate in IT, Computers i.e. BCA, PGDCA, MCA, BE or BTECH. • Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Hot jobs, LinkedIn, Google, etc. • The candidate should have 2+ years of hands on experience of screening & hiring IT Consultants for placement with USA based clients. • Candidate who has exposure to US to US recruitment life cycle and H1-B hiring for USA. • Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc). • Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ techniques (W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers) and various IT technologies.
