• Experience and proficient with Oracle Grid Control, RMAN, ASM, and Data
Guard. Proficient with recent Oracle database versions and features (10g,
11g)
• Expert knowledge of relational database design
• Experience with Perl, Unix shell scripting
• Experience with Unix, AIX. Thorough understanding of
• storage technologies such as SAN
• Experience supporting operational 24 X 7 production databases
• Experience with multi-Terabyte databases
• Extensive experience with RAC, database, and SQL performance tuning
