1. Experience in enterprise application integration (eai) and patterns
2. Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) creation
3. Well versed (hands on) in developing web services using major
technologies (i.e. .Net, J2EE)
4. Experience with common data language
5. Experience with message structures
6. Must be able to define and guide best practices and industry standards
with the goal of defining the enterprise solution
7. Experience with XML and SOAP
8. Experience with messaging protocol specifically JMS
9. Financial domain background is a huge plus
