• Qualified candidates must have at least 7 years related SAP experience.
• Broad understanding of Service Management (SM) Configuration Experience.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of the SAP implementation lifecycle
and a solid grasp of the ASAP Methodology.
• Must have a good grasp of project and program management methods and
tools.
• Have participated in multiple (at least four to six) successful SAP full
life cycle implementations.
• A minimum of 3 full life cycle SAP implementations as the Lead SM expert.
• Strong core consulting skills – communication, organization and planning,
client facing and interpersonal.
• Experienced in scoping, requirements gathering/definition, configuration,
testing, cutover and support.
• Designed and developed functional specifications for SM implementations
and integrations.
• Well-developed system problem solving skills having solved complex
business problems within or across functional areas in SAP.
• Some leadership experience in a Big 5 organization is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Preference for SAP Certifications but not required.
