Location - Yardley, PA Duration - 6+ months Description - • Experience delivering quality Siebel Life Sciences CRM solutions. • Experience in conducting business requirement sessions. • Experience in developing business workflow/process flows • Experience in solution design and mapping business requirements • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Experience in Animal Health Industry is plus. • Strong Problem solving skills with the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently • Experience with Salesforce.com is Plus. • Siebel 8.x BA certification is Plus. Essential Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct requirement gathering sessions with business subject matter experts. • Capture business requirements and help define scope. • Work with the technical delivery teams to help develop functional requirements and ensure that the completed functional requirements accurately and completely represent the business needs and keep the Siebel implementation Out of Box. • Evaluate business requirements against the Siebel CRM out-of-the-box capabilities and look for opportunities to adapt the business needs to existing functionality. Work with the technical teams to validate these options. Understand the trade-offs necessary and the business impact. • Work with the business and technical teams to assess best fit solutions, such as system changes or business process changes. • Clearly represent the advantages and disadvantages of different solution options back to the business and help drive a decision. • Create Test plans and scripts. Plan and facilitate all testing activities, help the testers as needed, triage issues, and manage the hand-off to development when there are bugs.
