This is David with Sancrosoftusa Title : Java Lead Developer Location : Washington D.C. area Duration : 6 Months Lead Developer Requirement We are looking for a Lead Developer with solid Java /J2EE, Spring/Hibernate and SOA experience . The contractor will work on architecture projects with minimum supervision, perform as a technical lead, assist management with work estimates and guide other developers. Qualifications: · Advanced knowledge of Java and J2EE-Minimum of 8 years · Advanced experience with Java Web Application framework · Minimum of 5 years of strong practical experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate · **Strong practical experience with User Interface Design** · Minimum of 4 years experience with Ajax technology and Javascript/Ajax · Working experience with Oracle database is preferred · Working experience with Web services and service oriented architecture principles is a must · Minimum of 5 years of working experience with design patterns, continuous integration, automated unit test and test driven development · Work experience on large scale projects is a must · Solid experience with WebSphere or equivalent application servers · Strong interpersonal skills · Demonstrated experience Object-Oriented Design · Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, plus a inimum of 10 years of related professional experience.
