The person, working directly with other team members, will gather internal customer requirements, develop functional and technical design specifications, develop, test and deliver solutions to our internal customers. Provide training for less experienced team members. Technical expertise in a Microsoft .NET development environment, WCF, SQL database applications, and Object Oriented design methodologies required. Good English communication skills required. •Develop functional and technical design specifications, test plans, security requirements, cost estimates, and resource requirements. •Implement project requirements through purchased software and/or internally developed software solutions to meet customer requirements. •Assist teams in defining work processes and system requirements to meet business processes and data quality requirements. •Identify and document processes and troubleshooting using structured, analytical skills using project management and general IT management methodologies. •Apply change management techniques with regard to applications. •Develops short and long-range plans that are appropriately comprehensive, realistic and effective in meeting goals; integrates planning efforts across work units. •Ensures that the technical/business design matches the requirements and system needs. •Appropriately applies and maintains compliance with company policies, procedures and standards. Typically requires 5+ years of related experience. Broad based background in IT technology, systems analysis and business processes. Demonstrated expertise in specialized technology associated with assigned accountabilities.
