Supporting a very large IPv4 & IPv6 Networks in the West area.
Core Requirements:
1. Solid understanding of Networking specific technologies:
ATM, IPV6, L2VPN, L3VPN, OSPFv3, MPBGP, QOS/Traffic Engineering, MPLS
(LDP & TDP), and VRFs.
2. Operating Systems: Cisco IOS, XR-IOS. Juniper Junos
3. Expertise in Cisco switch and router platforms (6500, 10K, 12K, CRS-1,
etc)
4. Expertise in Juniper switch and router platforms (M40, EX-8216, etc)
5. Experience with network design, configuration and troubleshooting
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting project schedules.
7. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills both oral and
written.
8. Working experience with technical writing and documentation (MOPs,
network diagrams, Xng, etc.).
9. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Preferred
Knowledge of IMS, SIP, IP, CDMA, LTE, EVDO, mobile devices
Certifications:
Highly desirable: CCNA or JNCPIA. CCNP or JNCIS preferred.
