*In the last 6 years, has enhanced and streamlined the L-Shape CIC tool to
support our business processes.  The CRM project involves migrating all of
the various components that make up the functions within the CIC (data,
workflows, interfaces) to CRM and the WEB-IC.  Additionally, the current CCS
SAP and BW reports must be integrated within the CRM solution.  Specifically
the system integrator and the proposed team will be responsible to:*

•             Recommend best practice solutions to maximize the CRM solution
•             Provide project management and methodology

•             Supply the identification, planning, and execution of all
standard project phases (i.e. design, blue-print, realization, testing, etc)

•             Design, install, configure, and integrate the SAP CRM for
Utilities software to match up with our SAP ECC 6.0 (EhP4) landscape.  This
will involve the set up of the CRM and integration with the existing BW
system as well as the design and configuration of the middleware to allow
for syncing with ECC 6.0

•             Configure and/or customize WEB-IC to migrate all current
L-Shape CIC users and their 136+ business processes to WEB-IC with Ease of
Use features implemented

•             Ensure all interfaces, RFCs, workflows, CCS reports, and
customizations are operational and clean of errors, and are modified to
eliminate any rework of existing systems.

•             Ensure all current CCS BW extracts and our 250+ CCS reports
are operational and clean of errors

•             Ensure new CRM relevant BW extracts and reports are enabled to
support our business processes

•             Continuous knowledge transfer of team to ensure  ability to
maintain system after implementation

•             Train identified  trainers in the use of the WEB-IC

•             Provide ninety (90) days post-implementation support

•             Deploy the new WEB-IC in a manner to minimize disruptions to
the users groups involved, especially our Contact Center

•             The deployment of CRM will integrate with other SAP modules
(CO, FI, HR, IM, MM, PA, PD, PM, SD, TR) currently in use at with minimal
impact
