Position: Java/Flex Developer Location: NY/NJ Duration: 6+ months *Locals or Nearby * *Face to Face must after telephonic * *Recent Financial or banking exp is preferred * • Responsible for application design and development; should be familiar with all SDLC phases. • Work with internal clients and end-users to determine functional requirements. • Provide leadership and guidance to other team members in technical specialties. • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written (requirements and design specifications) form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications. Basic Qualifications • 5+ years’ related IT experience; preferably in Finance Services, Human Resources domain. • Experience with Object-oriented analysis and design skills, OO design patterns, and UML. • Core Java/J2EE, development 5+ years and at least 3+ years in Adobe Flex. • Hands on experience in Adobe Flex, MXML and Action Script, creating applications using Flex components, Flex data grid, Flex Data Services. • Strong experience in Cairngorm, MVC frameworks; BlazeDS. • RDBMS, SQL experience with queries, stored procedures. • Nice to have: AJAX, YUI Library, Unix scripting, ETL, Business Objects reporting.
