The developer should be very comfortable to work on all tiers (front, middle and backend). Should have published or demonstrable work in Silverlight 3.0 or 4.0, ASP.NET and working knowledge with SQL Server. The candidate should know what are the best approaches in designing performant client applications with large volumes of data.
