Must have very good technical skills and strong functional business process knowledge. Knowledge of Perl, shell scripting is essential. * * This consultant is expected to be a liaison with the customer and will resolve L1, L2 type of support tickets. The candidate is also expected to work with users and identify & document the requirements of enhancements and translate them into functional specifications which could be used by development teams. The candidate is expected to set good working relationships with the customer and also act as a liaison with off shore teams. The candidate shall have experience in dealing with production support issues and have worked in AMS type of activities.
