Someone who has exposure to as many modules (Financials primary with a good amount of Supply Chain/Advanced Supply Chain Planning and/or Manufacturing) as possible. This is the reporting project; and this person needs to be bright, have great comm. skills; help design reports,get user sign off; and create the Oracle Views (hence the technical or development aspect).
