Most likely someone who has been technical as a developer and then moved into functional for set ups,configuration etc shuld yield us our cheapest folks, there are two BA roles would like the BA resource to be more technical than previously communicated - 40-50% technical expertise; 60-50% functional expertise. Procure to Pay Business Analyst (Procure2Pay with Project Accounting knowledge (not project billing or project manufacturing) - This is a techno-functional role. This is not a Developer position. Skills required: Oracle - Procure To Pay (Minimum 10+ Supply Chain Experience Required) Experience in interfacing with third party Systems Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL etc (candidates with techno-functional Experience will be preferred 20-30% technical expertise; 70-80% functional expertise) BA/BS degree required The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience with the following Oracle Modules: Oracle Purchasing (Expert) Oracle Payables (Expert) Oracle Financials (Desired) Oracle Project Accounting (Desired) Accounting skills: Inventory accounting & AP Accounting Additional skills: Strong understanding of the Oracle Supply Chain/Financials schema and table structures required Written and oral communication skills, business requirements gathering Solving business problems with application (Oracle 11i) functionality Providing status reports and effectively prioritize work with the internal customer A proven understanding of SDLC and Change Management methodology preferred" Have a nice day!!!!!!!!!!!!
