Description of Services:
Consultant to be able to lead blueprint discussions. Work as part of team to
design and develop a suitable MM solution. Consultant should contribute his/
her experience and knowledge of the SAP Procure to Pay to design, build, and
deliver a suitable solution. Vendor Master, Purchase infor records, Purchase
requisitions, Purchase orders, Bills of Material, Material Master Data
requirements
- Subcontract PO's
- Purchasing Master Data - Info Records/Source Lists/Contracts and
Scheduling Agreements/Quota arrangements
- Third Party Process (Drop shipments), Cycle Counting and Physical
Inventory Adjustments, - Material types (custom and standard), material
groups, material statuses, product hierarchy, unit of measure, naming
conventions, and number ranges, - Purchasing data for vendor master,
Partnering
Deliverables:
Blueprint documents, Process requirements documents, Configuration
documents, functional specifications, development objects, Implement Best
practice, MM solution.
Acceptance Criteria:
Complete all MM & procure to Pay configurations, Completion and
documentation of deliverables, Workable process design solution as per best
practice
