Our client, located in downtown NYC is looking for a Consultant with
strong knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, and Sql Server to design and develop
applications for their Securitization group which includes Asset Backed and
Mortgage Backed Securities. The ideal candidate should have financial
services experience. Knowledge of Fixed Income, Risk Management, and
especially ABS (Asset Backed Securities) would be huge plusses.
Requirements :
Must have 5 plus years of working experience using C#, .NET technologies.
Must have experience and advanced knowledge of Object Oriented Programming
Working experience with SQL Server 2005 and 2008
Knowledge of the reporting tools like Crystal Reports or SQL Reporting is a
PLUS
Knowledge of T-SQL
Plus's
Experience, Knowledge of Oracle , PL-SQL is a PLUS
DBA skills in MS SQL or Oracle environment is a PLUS
Working knowledge of a testing tool like QTP is a PLUS

Day-to-day responsibilities include working with a team of developers to:
- Add/alter/debug application functionality. (C# and/or T-SQL/PL-SQL)
- Support a team of business users in writing complex queries and
implementing/debugging reports (Crystal Reports or SQL Reporting).
- Support external clients on the technical level
- Manage application databases in MS SQL and Oracle environments.
