This person should also have experience setting up WebSphere/MQ clustering and security structures. The candidate should have experience with WebSphere/MQ environments on Linux, Windows (including Windows cluster), and ISeries systems. This person should have a working knowledge of these operating systems and TCP/IP network concepts. We are looking for a person with superior problem solving skills, who can analyze WebSphere/MQ log files, and who has experience working with the IBM support center to identify problems and apply fixes to the software.
