*- Western Suburbs of Chicago* Duration 6+ months · *The challenging responsibilities of the role include:* · *Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple project priorities and post-production support responsibilities.* · *Work closely with the business community to translate business requirements to possible solutions, evaluating options that include but are not limited to: new program development, configuration of existing systems, business process redesign, new package/system evaluation or a combination of these options.* · *Create business process designs (BPD) and business system designs (BSD) that meet the business needs, adhering to departmental documentation standards.* · *Deliver program requirements to developers and serve as the developer’s point of contact for clarification and follow-up throughout the development process.* · *Responsible for the functional testing of the application (development and configuration) and the support of these applications when moved to production.* · *Responsible for communicating areas of expertise to varying levels of I/S and business management in a non-technical manner.
